Senate bill entitled an Act amending the charter of
the Home and Infirmary of Western Maryland, in the
city of Cumberland, by repealing section 3, of the
Act of 1890, chapter 190, and re enact said section
with amendments, providing that seven of the twelve
directors of said corporation be appointed by the
Governor.

to be under the title of "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub title "Counterfeiting and Forgery. "
