NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 233, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws title
'Crimes and Punishments, " sub-tide "Rape, " and
chapter 410, of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Was considered, and,

On motion by Mr. Brown,

Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 167 to
195, inclusive, of Article 12, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County, " sub-
title "Oakland, " and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add an additional section thereto, to be
numbered "'Section 195 A. "

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
