gates

ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1. 30 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the Order of the Day to be the consider-
ation of the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Belt Railway Company.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the assess-
ment, valuation and taxation of the ten millions of
dollars of the increased capital stock of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad Company directed to be issued by
the President and Directors of said railroad, -

Which were considered, and
On motion by Mr. Brown,

Said bills were ordered to lie over and be made the
Order of the Day for Thursday, March 17th, at 1 P.
M.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 337 of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
