ORDER OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the Senate pro-
ceeded to the consideration of the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 32, of Article 93, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law, " sub-title "Administration. "

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of
Article 45, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Husband and Wife, " as the same was enacted
by chapter 394 of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which were considered, and on motion of Mr. Wirt,
were indefinitely postponed.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr Waters, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 30, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Somerset County, " sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks. "

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to add three additional
sections to the Act passed at January Session, 1890,
chapter 334, entitled an Act to regulate the sale and
granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous and fer-
mented liquors in Baltimore county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the county
printing in Baltimore county.

With the following proposed amendments:

Section 1, line 6, strike out the word "shall" and
insert the word "may" in lieu thereof.

Which was adopted.

Said bill was then read the third time, and passed
