House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 650, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "City of Baltimore, " sub title "Liquor and
Intoxicating Drinks. "

House bill to amend Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ''City of Baltimore, " sub-title
"Commissioners of Pharmacy and Practical Chemis-
try. "

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Bennett, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 7, Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County, " sub-title "Roads. "

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Toadvin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Wicomico county to have
made suitable cases for the books and papers in his
office, and empowering the County Commissioners of
Wicomico county to pay for same.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Salisbury Permanent Building Association, of
Wicomico county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Coffin, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit pool-selling,
book making or betting, in the county of Prince
George's.

Which was considered.

Mr. Wootton submitted the following proposed
amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend the title by inserting after the words
"Prince George, " the words "and Montgomery
county. "
