"Entitled an Act to add additional section to Article
23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Cor-
porations, ' sub-title 'General Regulations, ' to follow
immediately after section 85, and to be designated as
sections 85 A, 85 B, 85 C, 85 D, 85 E, 85 F, 85 G, 85
H, 85 I, 85 K, 85 L and 85 M, to provide for the ex-
amination and report at stated times of Trust, Guar-
anty, Loan and Fidelity Companies, now or hereafter
doing business in this State, and also to regulate the
conduct of business by and fix the liability of share-
holders in said companies. "-

Amend section 1, so as to read:

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That additional sections be and they
are hereby added to Article 93, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'General
Regulations, ' to follow immediately after section 85,
and to be designated as sections 85 A, 85 B, 85 C, 85
