Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of an additional Justice of the Peace in
District No. 7, of Garrett county, to be located at
Mountain Park.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Austin, Pearre,
Bennett, Robinson,
Brown, Seibert,
Coffin, Smith,
Dawson, Toadvin,
Evans, Waters,
Getty, Wilkinson,
Gorter, Wirt,
Hayes, Wootton—20.

NEGATIVE—N one.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Wm. H. Taylor for services rendered
the House of Delegates as flag hoister, Robert H. Bel-
lis as assistant postmaster, and Benjamin Sevier, as
keeper of the cloak room.

Was read the third time, and rejected for want of a

constitutional majority:

AFFIRMATIVE.
