House bill entitled an Act to refund to Alexander
Barnett, administrator of Alexander H. Barnett, late
of Talbot county certain taxes paid in error into the
Treasury.

Was lead the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

House bill entitled an Act to pay Charles F. Rowe,
late collector of State and county taxes for Frederick
county, a sum of money for State taxes paid errone-
ously into the Treasury.
