House bill entitled an Act to amend an Act enti-
tled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore City Pas-
senger Railway Company, and to f enable the said com-
pany to create capital stock representing betterments
and additions heretofore made to its property and dis-
tribute the same among shareholders.

Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Carroll County, " sub-title "Roads, " to be
designated as sections 139, 140, 141, 142, 143 and 144.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Bennett, Hubner and Rogers.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for an addi-
tional Justice of the Peace in the Third Election Dis-
trict of Harford county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Robinson, Moss and Seibert.

Also, delivered,

House Joint Resolutions requesting the Senators and
Representatives of this State in the Congress of the
United States, to vote for and urge the passage of the
bill now pending in Congress, known as the Hatch
bill, prohibiting speculation, options and dealing in
futures.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Federal Relations.
