House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 19, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections, " sub-
title "Registration. "

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 149 of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, as
enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 538.

Which were severally read the first time, and
referred to the Committee on Elections.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 20, of Article 65, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Militia, "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Militia.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 644,
645 and 646, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Licenses, "
which relates to dealers in hay, straw and husks.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Agriculture and Labor.

House bill entitled an Act to refund William
Weaver a sum of money paid into the Treasury.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of
money therein mentioned to pay the claims of T. Lee
Mattingly, Chas. Bowie, B. J. Sedwick, R. M. Code,
Snowden J. K. Greenwell, William H. Warren and
D. Bond, for money due for services rendered in State
Tobacco Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to W. A. Lyon,
Collector of Taxes in the 7th Election District of St.
Mary's county, a sum of money erroneously paid by
him into the Treasury of the State.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Woodberry Manufacturing Company.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 100,
101 and 103, of Article 27, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Fraud, "
