ORDERS OF THE DAY.

The hour of 1 P. M, having arrived, the President
announced the Order of the Day, to be the considera-
tion of

Senate bill entitled an. Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 6, 18 and 23, of Article 77,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Public
Education, " sub-title "Chapter two, formation of
Boards, "

Which was considered, and

On motion by Mr. Toadvin,

Said bill was made the Order of the Day for Wed-
nesday, March 9th, at 1 P. M.

On motion by Mr. Wirt,
The Senate proceeded to the consideration of
House bill to amend the charter of the Baltimore
Belt Railroad Company.
And,

House bill to tax the increased capital stock of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.

On motion by Mr. Wirt,

Said bills were made the Order of the Day for
Thursday next, March 10th at 1. 30 P. M.
