On motion by Mr. Pearre,

Was ordered to lie over and be made the Order of
the Day for Friday, March 4th, at 1. 30 P. M.

House bill entitled an Act to divide Crisfield
Election District in Somerset county, Maryland,
and to lay out and establish a new election district in
said county, to be known as ''Asbury Election Dis-
trict No. 12. "

Was considered, and,

On motion by Mr. Waters,

Was recommitted to the Select Committee,

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Belt Railway Company, as amended by
the Act of the General Assembly of 1890.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the assess-
ment, valuation and taxation of the ten millions of
dollars of the increased capital stock of the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad Company, issued by the President
and Directors in November, 1891.

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to provide conduits and
to require all telephone, telegraph, electric or other
wires to be removed from the streets, lanes and alleys
of said city.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 94, of Article 12, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County, " sub-
title "Election District, " and to add a new section
tion thereto to come in after section 94, and to be
known as "94 A. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Getty, Waters and Austin.
