Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize Frank B.
Mayer to execute a series of drawings, not less than
twenty-six in number, showing the services proper for
the seals of the several counties of this State and the
city of Baltimore, based upon their historical origin
and peculiar products, and to appropriate a sum of
money therefor.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the removal
of the water closet from the State House and for the
erection of a building elsewhere, and for the ventila-
tion of the State House, the cleaning of the basement
and the renovation of the furniture of the Executive
Chamber, and to appropriate a sum of money therefor.

Which was read the first time, and referred so the
Committee on Finance.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 1 of section
4, of chapter 169, of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1878, en-
titled an Act to continue the corporate existence of
the President, Directors and Company of the Hagers-
town Bank, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 64, of Article 81, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes, "

Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
