The vote by which said bill failed for want of a
constitutional majority, was re-considered, and

Said bill ordered to lie over, and be made the
Order of the Day for Wednesday, March 2d, at 1
P. M.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for the trial
by the Justice of the Peace of Election District No.
2, in Frederick county, of persons charged with
violating any of the ordinances of the Mayor and
Aldermen of Frederick city.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
