BY THE SENATE,

January 14th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;

We propose with the concurrence of your Honor-
able Body, the appointment of a Joint Special Com-
mittee, to consist of three Members on the part of the
Senate and four on the part of the House, to visit the
Legislature of Virginia, and confer with them in rela-
tion to proper legislation for the Potomac river and
Pocomoke river and sound.

We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs.

mittee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
