House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 60, of
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title

"Public Education, " sub-title "Text Books, " so far
as the same applies to Anne Arundel county, and to
re-enact a sub-title therefor, providing for the free
use of books and stationery in the schools of said
county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Education.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 252, of Article 4, of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Balti-
more, " sub-title "Elections. "

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 274 to
297, inclusive, of Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title
"Primary Elections. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.

House bill entitled an Act to regulate fishing with
hook and line in the waters of Back river, Seneca

creek and Middle river, in Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 123, of Article 22, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Election Districts. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Seibert, Newman and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws,,
title "Cecil County, " sub-title "County Commis-

sioners, " to follow immediately after section 106, and
to be designated as "Sections 106 A and 106 B. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wirt, Hepbron and Toadvin.

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate "The
Home for the Aged of Frederick city. "

Which, was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs, Newman, Pearre and Moss.
