House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " to
follow section 171 A.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 201,

202, 203. 204 and 205, of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington County, "
sub-title "Hagerstown, " and tore-enact the same with
amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 191, of
Article 92, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled

"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " and
to re-enact and amend the same.

Which were read the second time.

Mr. Pearre, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act,
passed at the January Session, 1890, of the General
Assembly of Maryland, chapter 130, entitled an Act
to provide for the purchase or construction of water
works for the town of Frostburg, in Allegany county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr, Waters, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 1, of chapter 589, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January Session, 1890, entitled an Act to protect
birds and game and prevent trespassing with dog or
gun on private property in Somerset county, with the
following proposed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by striking out the word "first, " in line 9,
between the words "the and day, " and insert in lieu
thereof the word "fifteenth. "

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.

Mr. Hubner, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably, the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the county
printing and publishing in Baltimore county, and to
provide for having the same done by contract.
