Said bill, as amended, was read the second time,
and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with an amendment section 121, of Article 93, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary
Law. "

House bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequest
to the Reverend E. A. Eschbach, and to the Evan-
gelical Reformed Church of Frederick, by the name
of the Consistory of the Evangelical Reformed Church
of Frederick county, and the Consistory of the Evan-
gelical Reformed Church of Frederick city, contained
in the last will of Joshua Bruner, late of Frederick
county, State of Maryland, deceased.

Which were read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 1, Article 76, of the Code of Public General
Laws with amendments.

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by striking out after the word "following,
at the end of the enacting clause, the words "section
2, " and inserting in lieu thereof, the figure "1, " and
inserting after the word "public, " and before the
word "law, " thereafter the word "general, " so that
it will read, "every Public General Law. "

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the third time,
and

On motion by Mr. Evans,

Said bill, as amended, was made the Order of the
Day for Thursday, March 3d, 1892, at 1 P. M.

Mr. Brown, from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, to whom had been referred the following:

Ordered, That the Attorney-General, be and he is
hereby requested to furnish his opinion upon the fol-
lowing question:

Can the present session of the General Assembly
Constitutionally enact any law under the provisions
of the amendment of section 1, of Article 7, of the
