House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 202,
202, 203, 204 and 205, of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington County, "
sub-title "Hagerstown, " and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 191, of
Article 92, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " and
to re enact and amend the same.

House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Hagerstown, " to
follow section 171 A.

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Siebert, Newman and Bennett.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
returned

Senate Joint Resolutions continuing the Joint Com-
mittee of the two Houses of the General Assembly
heretofore appointed and authorizing the said com-
mittee to confer with a similar committee from the
Legislature of Virginia during the recess of the Gen-
eral Assembly.
