Mr. Austin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 to
27, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Alms House, " and
to enact the following in lieu thereof, giving the com-
missioners of the county exclusive management of
said Alms House.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Newman, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the Governor to appoint an additional Justice
of the Peace in Election District No. 12, in Frederick
county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Gorter, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Tabb
and Jenkins Hardware Company of Baltimore city.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wootton, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled an Act to enable the Board of
Trustees of Gaithersburg Methodist Episcopal Church,
in the United States of America, of Montgomery
county, a religious corporation incorporated under
the General Corporation Laws of the State of Mary-
land, to sell and dispose of certain real estate owned
by it in Gaithersburg, in said county.

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Lloyd, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of
the County Commissioners of Talbot county, to enable
them to issue bonds of the county sufficient to raise a
sum to take up the bonds of the county issued on ac-
count of subscription to the capital stocks of Mary-
land, and Delaware Railroad Company and maturing;
on the first day of April, in 1892.
