Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections from
171 to 176 inclusive, and 178, of Article 2, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace, " and to re-enact said
sections with amendments, and to add new sections to
said Article 2, to be designated as "Sections 171 A,
171 B, 176 A, 176 B, 178 A, 178 B and 178 C. "
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 214 and 214 A, of Article
2, of Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Sheriff, " as said sections appear
in chapters 395 and 503, of the Acts of 1890, and to
add new sections thereto.
Which were read the first time, and referred -to
Messrs. Moss, Rogers and Robinson.
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1890, chapter 505, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Baltimore, South Baltimore and Curtis Bay
Railroad Company, to repeal section 6 of said Act
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
an additional section to said Act, to be designated
as section 15.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Waters, from a Select Committee, reported,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the Sheriff, Justice of the Peace and other officers of
Calvert county, to pay over to the Treasurer for said
county all moneys collected for fines, &c.
With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Committee on Finance.
