Mr. Wirt presented the memorial of John Futty and
30 other citizens of Cecil county, praying that no
change be made in the Jaw with reference to pound
nets.

Also,
The memorial of James C. Crouthers and other citi-
zens of Cecil county, praying that no change be made
in the law with reference to pound nets.

Which were read, and referred to Messrs. Wirt,
Hepbron and Wootton.,

Mr. Waters presented the memorial of citizens of
Somerset county, praying the passage of an Act for
the killing of muskrats in said county.

Also,

The memorial of 388 citizens of Somerset county,,,
praying for a change in the liquor laws in Princess
Anne district of said county.

Which were read, and referred to Messrs. Waters,

Austin and Getty.

Mr. Evans presented the memorial of Messrs. Shak-
man, Riesman, Wilson and many other citizens, pray-
ing an appropriation for the support of the Southern
Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital.

Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
Finance.

The President presented the memorial of Jas. A.
Robinson and one hundred other citizens of Talbot
county, praying that no change be made in the local
fish law in said county.

Which was read, and referred to Messrs. Lloyd,
Brown and Dawson.

copy of the receipt given February 17th, 1892, by the
Honorable Spencer C. Jones, Treasurer of Maryland,
to the Honorable Edwin H. Brown, the late Treasurer,
