seven, inclusive, and 8, of the Code of Public General
Laws, of the State of Maryland, entitled "Estrays,.
Vessels Adrift and Drift Logs, " subtitle "Estrays, "
and 8 A thereof, entitled an Act to add section to
Article 34, of the Code of General Laws, title "Es-
trays, Vessels Adrift and Drift Logs, " subtitle "Es-
trays, Vessels Adrift and Drift Logs, " sub-title "Es-
trays, " to be numbered 8 A, and re-enact same with
amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceeding.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 12T of Article 48, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Inspections, " sub-title
"Tobacco. "

Mr. Coffin, submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 32, after the word "warehouses, " "provided
that in the event of any of the tobacco warehouses hav-
ing to procure addititonal storage that any tobacco ware-
house rented by the State for storage purposes shall
accept all Maryland tobacco upon the same terms as
now provided for by law.

Pending its consideration,

Mr. Wilkinson moved that said bill be indefinitely
postponed.
