Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 88 A, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Payment of Taxes
by Corporations, " and to re-enact the same with,
amendments, and to add a new section thereto, "to be
designated as section 88 B, providing for the relief of
Homestead or Building Association, incorporated
since the first day of January, 1890, from the pay-
ment of a bonus on their capital stock.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.
Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing and em-
powering the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
city to arrange all the cases in his custody in numeri-
cal and chronological order, providing for an exten-
sion and improvement of the present system of in-
dexing, and for the preservation and renewal of the
chancery records, dockets and index as in his office.
Senate bill entitled an Act to add six new sections to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Liquor and Intoxi-
cating Drinks, " to come in after section 653 T, of said
Article, and to designated as 653 U, 653 V, 653 W,
653 X, 653 Y and 653 Z.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 and
