House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 52, of Article 3, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County, " sub-
title "County Treasurer. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Hubner, Rogers and Robinson.

House bill entitled an Act to provide for an addi-
tional Justice of the Peace in the 11th District of
Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Hubner, Rogers and Wilkinson.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
appropriate a sum of money for the purchase of a
steam fire engine for use at and in the vicinity of the
villages of Highlandtown and Canton, in the 12th Dis-
trict of Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs,
Hubner, Robinson and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in Elec-
tion District No, 5, in Frederick county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Newman, Seibert and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to divide Crisfield Elec-
tion District, in Somerset county, Maryland, and to
lay out and establish a new election district in the
said county, to be known as "Asbury Election Dis-
trict No. 12. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Waters, Austin and Toadvin.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct
the Sheriff, Justice of the Peace and other officers of
Calvert county to pay over to the treasurer for said
county all moneys collected for fines, &c.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Talbott, Waters and Getty.

Also returned

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 149, of Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-
title "Coroners' Inquests and Dead Bodies, " as re-
enacted by chapter 207, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session, 1890.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays. "
