Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, chapter No. 400, of the Laws of
eighteen hundred and eighty-six, entitled an Act to
authorize and empower the Board of Managers of the
Maryland Hospital for the Insane to sell and convey
certain land lying between the bed of the Catonsville
Short Line Railroad Company and the Frederick
Turnpike, and to purchase in lieu thereof other land
more available lor the purpose of the Hospital,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, sections three and ten, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session of eighteen hundred and ninety,
chapter three hundred and thirty-four, entitled an
Act to regulate the sale and quantity of licenses for
the sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in Balti-
more county.
