House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of Article 10, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Attorney's-at-Law and
Attorney's-in Fact. "

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Kennard Novelty Company of Baltimore city,
recorded October 30th, 1890, Liber 28, folio 351, of the
Charter Records of Baltimore city.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Also returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 6, of Article 65, of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Militia. "

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays. "

A messenger appeared and delivered a communi-
cation from the Executive.

At 9 P. M.,
On motion by Mr. Wirt,

The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 9. 05 P. M.

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business, and

On motion by Mr. Wirt,

The Senate adjourned.
