Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Austin, Pearre,
Dawson, Rogers,
Getty, Seibert,
Gorter, Wilkinson,
Hepbron, Wirt,
Moss, Wootton—14.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 20 and
23, of Article 77, of the Code of Public Education, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Austin, Rogers,
Getty, Seibert,
Gorter, Waters.
Hepbron, Wilkinson,
Moss, Wirt,
Newman, Wootton—14.

NEGATIVE—None

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 422, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of the Session of
1890.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Lloyd, Brown and Dawson.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 89, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Statistics and Information as to Branches of Indus-
try, " and to re-enact the same with amendments.
