gregation of Baltimore city, dated the 2nd day of Feb-

Senate bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the
General Assembly to the sale of by the Vestry of St.

Stephen's Church to the Trustees of the Aushe Emunah
Hebrew Congregation.
Which were read the first time, and referred to the

Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to appropriate a sum
of money, not to exceed ten thousand dollars, to the
erection of a monument in the said City of Baltimore,
to the memory of Maryland Patriots and Soldiers of
the war of the Maryland Revolution.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

Senate bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland,
to the bequests to the Port Deposit Presbyterian
Church and the West Nottingham Presbyterian Church
of Cecil county, contained in the last will and
testament of Ann Gibney, late of Cecil county,
deceased.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to assist in defraying the expenses incurred in
erecting a monument on the battleground of Antietam,
to the soldiers of the 5th Regiment Maryland Volun-
teers.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.
