Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 393 and 396, of Article 27 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Pun-
ishments, " sub-title "Penitentiary. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Getty, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to amend and perpetuate
the charter of the Young Men's Christian Association
of Baltimore city.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore Union Passenger Railway Company
and authorize it to consolidate with any other pas-
senger railway company.

On motion by Mr. Hubner,

Was referred to the Baltimore City Senators and
Senator Hubner.

Mr. Brown, from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, reported favorably the following bills:

House bill entitled an Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title Rail-
roads Obstruction, " to follow section 231, and to be
known as "Section 231 A and 231 B, " respectively.
