Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

By Mr. Pearre,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Allegany county to re-record
certain Land Records.

Which, was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Pearre, Hubner and Coffin.

By Mr. Posey,

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Charles County to issue bonds to
pay portion of bonded indebtedness of said county
under the Act of 1882, chapter 454, and to levy and
collect the necessary taxes for the payment of said
bonds.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Posey, Pearre and Hubner.

By Mr. Brown, the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act authorizing the Treasurer
to pay the personal representatives of the late John S.
Gittings, the amount of bonds or certificates which
the State has called for redemption, and which is
claimed to have been lost.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add a section to
Article 95, of Code of Public General Laws, title
"Treasurer, " to be section 30.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendment, section 22, of Article 95, of Code of
Public General Laws, title "Treasurer. "

Which were read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

By Mr. Austin,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 3, of the Act of 1890, chap-
ter 538, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 54, of Article 33, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Elections, " and to add
new sections thereto, under the designation of sections
128 to 166 inclusive, and to re-enact the said sections
with amendments, so as to exempt Dorchester county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
