ORDERS.
On motion by Mr. Gorter, it was
Ordered by the Senate, That the Public Printer de-
liver 300 copies of report of the State Board of Health,
printed for the General Assembly, to the Board of
Health for exchange with the health authorities of
this and foreign countries.
On motion by Mr. Moss, it was
Ordered, That Senators Bennett, Coffin, Evans,
Hubner, Smith, Toadvin, Wilkinson, Wootton, Brown,
Robinson, and President Lloyd, be excused from at-
tendance at to-night's session.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section ten, of Article sixty-five, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title ''Militia, " sub-
title "Commissions, " and sections thirty eight, thirty-
nine, forty-two and forty-three, of the same Article,
title "Militia, " sub-title "Maryland National Guard, "
and to add new sections thereto under the designation
of sections forty-five, forty six, forty seven, forty-
eight and forty-nine.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Militia.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 46, 47, 48, &c., of Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Cumberland, " and add additional
sections thereto.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Pearre, Gorter and Waters.
By Mr. Wirt,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 189, 190, &c., of Article 8,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil
County, " sub-title "North-east, " and to add an addi-
tional section thereto.
