ORDER OF THE DAY,

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the Order of the Day, to be the consider-
ation of

Senate bill entitled gin Act to amend the Code of
Public Local Laws, Article 3, title "Baltimore
County, " by adding the following sections under title
"Primary Elections, "

Said bill was then read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Dawson, Seibert,
Getty, Smith,
Gorter, Talbott,
Hayes, Toadvin,

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates,

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

February 4th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message requesting the return
of Senate bill No. 77, exempting Bel Air Water Com-
pany from taxation, and herewith return said bill.
