INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of W. L. Pfeiffer and George
Jewell.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

By Mr. Seibert,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 485, of
the Acts of 1890, to incorporate a company to con-
struct a turnpike road from Hagerstown to Sharps-
burg, and re-enact with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Seibert, Newman and Moss.

By Mr. Gorter,

Senate bill entitled an Act to establish a State
Weather Service and to make an appropriation there-
for.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

By Mr. Hayes,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 653 B, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, " as enacted by
chapter 343. of the Acts of 1890.

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Baltimore City Senators.

By Mr. Getty, the following bills:

Senate till entitled an Act to repeal section 32, of
Article 12, Code of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners. "

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Getty, Austin and Waters.

Senate bill entitled an Act to extend and enlarge
the privileges and powers of the Baltimore and Cum-
berland Railway Company, incorporated under and
by the General Laws of this State.
