On motion by Mr. Robinson,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 1. 45 P. M.

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legisla-
tive business.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
returned the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 3, of Article 21, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Conveyancing. "

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the American Casualty Insurance Company of Balti-
more city, as to the number and qualification of the
directors.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays. "

At 2 P. M.,

On motion by Mr. Austin,

The Senate adjourned.

WEDNESDAY, February 3d, 1892.

Senate met at 12 M.

Prayer by Rev. Mr. Andrew.

Present at roll call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Austin, Brown, Coffin, Dawson,
Evans, Getty, Gorter, Hayes, Hepbron, Hubner, Moss,
Newman, Pearre, Posey, Robinson, Rogers, Seibert,
Smith, Talbott, Toadvin, Waters, Wilkinson—23.

Proceedings of yesterday's session read and ap-
proved.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, &c.

The President presented the report of the Visitors
of the Asylum and Training School for the Feeble-
Minded of the State of Maryland

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Finance.
