of a Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes
of the two Houses on the subject of adjournment. The
inequality of membership of said proposed committee
was an oversight, and we now propose the appoint-
ment of a committee of six, three on the part of each
House, to consider the disagreeing votes of the two
Houses upon said subject.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Laird, Ellegood and Hill.

Mr. Evans presented the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

January 18th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message proposing the ap-
pointment of a Committee of Conference on the dis-
agreeing votes of the two Houses, relative to adjourn-
ment, to be composed of three on the part of the House
and three on the part of the Senate, and respectfully
concur therein.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Evans, Moss and Wootton.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the House
of Delegates.

REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE.

Mr. Evans, from the Committee of Conference, sub-
mitted the following report:
