The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message proposing the ap-
pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the bill enti-
tled an Act to add two new sections to Article 15, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County,"
sub-title uComity Commissioners," and respectfully
inform you that we concur therein,

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs,
Strong, Bryan and McSherry.

Mr. Austin submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We request your Honorable Body to return to the
Senate for further consideration House Bill No. 580,
entitled an Act to authorize the Governor of Mary-
land to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for
the town of Hurlock, in Dorchester county.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following:

House bill entitled an Act to ceding to the United
States of America the jurisdiction over certain
property acquired by it for the use of the Government
Hospital for the Insane, located in Prince George's
county, Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Federal Relations.
