Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act-to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 26 and-27, of Article 65,
Code of Public General Laws, title "Militia," sub-
title "Maryland National Guard."

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays with pro-
posed amendment:"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In lines 21 and 22, strike out the words "that the
integrity of said Regimental and the Second Battalion
shall not in any way be impaired or destroyed and."

Which was non-concurred in, and Mr. Pearre offered
the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

April 1st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

The Senate having refused to concur in certain
amendments proposed by the House to Senate Bill No.
307, entitled an Act to repeal and re. enact with amend-
ments sections 26 and 27, of Artcle 63, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Militia," sub-title "Mary-
land National Guard."

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
recede from said amendment.
We herewith return said bill.
