Tributaries, as a means of taking or catching fish,
with the following proposed amendments:

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In line 2, section 2, between the words "upon and

conviction, " and insert the words "indictment and, "
In lines 2 and 3, section 2, insert the words

before any Court of Justice for the County or Cir-
cuit Court of Baltimore city, wherein the offence may
have been committed.

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second
time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Getty, from the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to make valid and
. amend the charter of the Port Deposit Electric Light

Company of Cecil county.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Maryland Insurance and Trust Company.

Which was considered, and
On motion by Mr. Hayes,

Was ordered to lie over, and made the special order
of the day for Thursday, 28th, at 1 P. M.

Mr, Brown, from the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings, reported favorably the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 224, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
" Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title " Receiving
Stolen Goods, Money or Securities, " and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third time.

Also favorably,

Senate bill entitled an Act in relation to the condi-
tional release of offenders.

Which was considered, and
On motion by Mr. Moss,

Was ordered to lie over, and made the special order
of the day for Monday, 25th, at 9 P. M.
