the Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Religious Corporations.''

House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the City Savings Bank of Baltimore city, formerly the
Peabody Savings Institution of Baltimore city,

With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 211, of Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "Religious
Corporations."

House bill entitled an Act to give the assent of the
General Assembly to the sale, by the vestry of Saint
Stephen's Church of Baltimore to the trustees of the
Emanah Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore city, of
all that lot of ground, with the improvements thereon,
situated at Hanover street and Welcome alley.

House bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 16, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Chancery," sub-title "Pleading, Practice
and Process."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 217, of Article 23, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "Re-
ligious Corporations," and to add an additional sec-
tion thereto to be known as "Section. 217 A."
