House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 8, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Billiards."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, .. vol-
ume 2, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 93, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Revenue and Taxes."

House bill entitled an Act to extend title privileges
and immunities of the Baltimore and Eastern Shore
Railroad Company.

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Frank T. Gibson for publishing the
Constitutional Amendments and Governor's Procla-
mation, &c.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Board of Public Works to build and equip three
new sailing vessels for the State Fishery Force and to
sell the three old sloops now owned by the State.

Which were severally read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to licensed
Measurers of Oysters in Baltimore city license fees
paid y them for the years 1888, '89, '90, '91 and '92.

With the following proposed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED,

In section 1, line 2, strike out .the words "three
thousand dollars," and insert in lieu thereof the
words "twenty-eight hundred and forty-one dollars
and thirty cents."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Philip Funk,
of Washington county, the sum of §20.83 erroneously
paid into the Treasury.

With the following proposed amendment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In section 1, line 5, strike, out the words "twenty
dollars and eighty-three cents," and insert in lieu
thereof the words ''nineteen dollars and seventy-nine
cents."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.
