1144 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 31,

Act to repeal sections 182 to 217, inclusive, of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore
County," sub-title "Roads."

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Hubner, Rogers and Bennett.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and. re-enact
with amendments sections 104 to 116, inclusive, of
Article 14, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
''Howard County," sub title "Roads."

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Rogers, Hubner and Bennett.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
delivered the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31st, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
return to the House of Delegates House Bill No. 516,
entitled an Act to incorporate East Baltimore city, in
Baltimore county.

Also, House Bill No. 515, entitled an Act to prevent
the sale of fermented or spirituous liquors, &c., at
Parkton, in Baltimore county.
