House bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly to sundry gifts
and bequests in the last will and testament of certain
persons, late of Maryland, deceased, to and for the
use of sundry ministerial persons, religious corpora-
tions, &c.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 68, of Article 27, Code of Public General Laws.

Which were severally read the first time, and re-
ferred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

House bill entitled an Act ,to-adjust the differences'
between the State of Maryland and the Northern Cen-
tral Railway Company.

fraud in sales of goods, wares and merchandise, at
public or private sales by itinerant vendors, &c.
