Strike out all after the w.ords "that is to say," in
line 14, of section 31 A, down to and inclusive of the
words "six years," inline 15, and insert the following:
"Two for the term of four years and one for the term
of two years."
Strike out all after the words "Garrett county," in
line 16 of section 31 A, down to and inclusive of the
words "six years," in line 17, and insert as follows:
"And at every general election in every second year
thereafter there shall be elected respectively, on the
first such general election, one commissioner to serve
for the term of four years ; and at the second such
general election thereafter there shall be elected two
commissioners to serve for the term of four years, and
the terms of all commissioners after the first election
provided for in this Act shall be for four years."
