section 4, of chapter 169, of the Acts of 1878, entitled
an Act t6 continue the corporate existence of the
President, Directors and Company of the Hagerstown
Bank, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 400, of the Acts of 1886, en-
titled an Act to authorize the Board of Managers of
the Maryland Hospital for the Insane to sell certain
land lying between the Catonsville Short Line Rail-
road and the Frederick Turnpike.
