amendments section 39, of Article 1, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-
title "County Treasurer," and to add three new sec-
tions to said Article.
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 4 of the Constitution of this State.
Senate bill entitled an Act in relation to the sentence
of convict minors.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 75 to 88, inclusive, of Article
22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wash-
ington County," sub title "Clear Spring."
Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate the procedure
in prosecutions for cruelty to animals.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 167 to 195,' inclusive, of
Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Garrett County," sub-title "Oakland."
Senate bill entitled an Act to extend the charter of
Mount Savage Lodge, No. 43, Independent Order of
Odd Fellows, chartered by chapter 293, of the Acts of
1844, and to grant additional powers to said corpora-
tion.
Senate bill entitled an Act to transfer to the Easton
and Northern Railroad Company, a body corporate
duly incorporated under the laws of Maryland, the
sum of money appropriated by chapter 303, of the
Acts of 1860, to the Elkton and Sassafras Railroad
Company, and subsequently by chapter 383, of the
Acts of 1870, transferred to the Elkton and Massey's
Railroad Company.
