delivered the following message :

Gentlemen of the Senate:

The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to the House bill
entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments chapter 224, of the Acts of 1890, Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Wicomico county.

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
recede from the said amendments and herewith return
said bill.

We have received your message, announcing to the
Senate that you have non-concurred in the Senate
amendments to House bill entitled an Act to Repeal
and re enact with amendments chapter 224, of the
Acts of 1890, Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico
county, and respectfully decline to recede therefrom,
and request the appointment of a Conference Com-
mittee.
