1084 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,

Mr. Rogers presented the following message :

BY THE SENATE,

March 30th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message asking the return
of Senate bill 328, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 17,
of the Acts of 1892, being an Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title
"Railroad Obstructing," and to add two additional
sections thereto, and we herewith return said bill.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House
of Delegates.

BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS—THIRD READING.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 9,10
and 12, of Article 13, of the Code of Public General
Laws of this State, title "Bills of Exchange and Prom-
missory Notes."

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. Austin, Moss,

Brown, Robinson,
Dawson, Rogers,
Evans, Seibert,
Getty, Toadvin,
Gorter, Waters,
Hayes, Wootton—14,

NEGATIVE—None.
On motion by Mr. Evans,

The vote by which said bill was passed was recon-
sidered and bill ordered to lie over.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 2, of chapter 332, of the Acts of 1890, entitled
an Act to regulate the measurements of peas, beans
and other farm products.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
