Mr. Waters, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County,"
sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," and
amend the same with the following proposed amend-
ments :

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 1, after the words "be it enacted," insert
the words "by the General Assembly of Maryland."

In line 2 of section 1, strike out the word "one."
In line 17, strike out "ninety," and insert "sixty."

Strike out all from the word "days," in line 17,
down to the word "and," in line 22.

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was read the second time.
