On motion by Mr. Hayes,

The vote by which the unfavorable report of Select
Committee on

House bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to accept the transfer of
the city six per cent, stock, in which the Peabody In-
stitute fund is now" invested,

Was adopted,

Was reconsidered, and
On motion by Mr. Hayes,

Said bill was then substituted for the unfavorable
report, and read the second time.

tric Light and Railway Company of Baltimore county.
